Ingredients:

1 cup sugar free coconut cream

1 cup frozen coconut chunks

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

Stevia to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined and free of chunks.
  2. Pour the cream in a container with lid, cover and freeze either overnight or for at least for 6 hours.
